Teething Bites

Grady has cut his two bottom teeth and let me tell ya it hasn't been easy. Poor guy has fussed and fussed and momma does not know what to do! Tylenol, oragel, teething rings, you name it we've done it. Briggs did not have this problem at all so it is kind of new to me.

We haven't been up to much lately just hanging out at the casa and working my faithful one day a week. I am loving the fall air though. It feels like I am going to school! Does anyone else feel that way? I can't wait for actual Fall to get here, it is my favorite season, but I think I say that for every season when the seasons change.

There won't be any pics on this post because I have seemed to misplaced (like my choice of words here?) my camera. I would like to blame it on my toddler but I REALLY don't think he did it this time. That's a first!

Well if anyone has any tips on teething PLEASE let me know!

We had Briggs' party yesterday and it was Cars theme. We rented a bouncy house, had cake and ice cream and basically melted outside in the heat! Briggs hated the bouncy house but as for me I am really sore from jumping and climbing!

He had a good birthday and got a bunch of cool gifts. We got him a four wheeler for his actual birthday and he is a machine on that thing!

This is the day my life began as a mother. 2 years ago at 3:40 a.m. Briggs Cowan was born. He has changed our lives and he changes everyones lives he meets. He is such a sweet soul and a playful little boy. His smile will melt your heart and his laugh brings so much joy. He is a great big brother and Grady already loves watching him.

4 months

My baby is 4 months old!!! We went to his 4 month check up and he weighed 15 lbs. and is in the 90% for height, I don't remember how long he was!?!?!? He is trying to sit up by himself, he sleeps all night, loves to be held, hates his car seat, and is very strong willed!

Briggs can't wait until Grady gets old enough to play and I don't think Grady can wait either! Every morning when they wake up and see each other they just smile at each other! Oh Brotherly love! I can't believe my babies are growing so fast. Briggs will be 2 in a week and Grady is nearly 5 months! Here is one of Grady's 3 months pic. and some recent ones of my precious boys.

P.S. Briggs stayed in the nursery at church today the WHOLE time! Whoo Hoo! He is getting to be such a big boy! (They might have given him sugar and kool-aid but hey, whatever it takes to keep him in there huh?):)

Oh how things have changed in 4 years!

Tomorrow Cody and I will celebrate our 4th anniversary! I love anniversaries! 4 years doesn't seem like a long time but truly our lives have changed sooo much in just this short time. Let me show you:

We have 2 BEAUTIFUL boys together and of course our first baby Cinnamon. I adore Cody and love hime to pieces. He is my best friend and truly God made him just for me.

Cody thanks for working so hard for our family and being a great Dad to our babies. I love you so much words can't say. I look forward to seeing you after you get off everyday and I still get can't wait for you to call on the phone everday to check on us. You are the love of my life and I can't wait what the future has in store for us.

You Might Be A Redneck.....

The rehearsal dinner for my sister-in-law's wedding was themed "Redneck Formal Affair". We all dressed like Rednecks. We had hamburgers and hot dogs and all of the decor was so cute. Here are some pics of my SEXY husband and the rehearsal dinner.

..... and watching my sister-in-law getting married! It was fabulous! She was the most gorgeous bride and the groom wasn't to shabby himself. I was a bridesmaid, Briggs was the ring bearer, and Cody was an usher. Grady was a very very good spectator.

Briggs did a GREAT job despite acting like this before the wedding.

He looked so handsome. He walked and ran down the aisle just like he was supposed to and then started dancing when he got up to the front.

Cody looked pretty handsome himself. I always think it is so fun to get dressed up and even more fun to see my man get dressed up. (Or men I guess you could say).

The reception was A Lot of fun if I do say so myself. My sister caught the bouquet which is really funny because 4 years ago at my wedding she caught mine! Ha! She is so much fun to hang out with and we had a great time together!

It turned out really good and I am REALLY tired!
