Summer So Far

We have had a wonderful summer so far. All 8 days of it:) It has been hotter then hot but we have managed to stay pretty cool. We have already made several trips to the community pool and we have a small pool in our backyard as well. Briggs likes to cool everyone else off with his water gun.

This is Crue 3 weeks old.

I actually got all three boys in one picture!! Yes only one was looking at me but still they were all in one frame:) I love this pic of G. I can't believe he actually let me take his picture!

This is my favorite picture of Grady.

Crue man. And yes that is probably spit up running down his shirt:)

We went to our church's pool party on Sunday evening and had a great time. Briggs ate a huge hamburger and of course chips.

Grady scarfed down a hot dog and didn't want his pic taken.

Grady loves the big slide and Dad took him down it several times.

My handsome hubs.

The boys swimming to their hearts content.

Crue bear in his stroller living the life.

Briggster on the whale slide.

G-man splashing.

We are trying to enjoy every bit of this hot weather. It's sad when 90 feels good outside! Stay cool!

Crue Burton

I am finally getting to blog about Mr. Crue!!! He is 2 weeks old now!!!! He is the sweetest baby and he completes our crew!!
I was induced on June 7 and my good friend Brenna was my nurse. I have a picture of us together but my computer is not letting me upload it. Anyways, her husband had surgery on his knee the same day and she still came in for me!!!!! She had to leave by 12:45 and I delivered at 12:37!! Talk about a God thing!! She was so good and an AWESOME nurse!!
The labor was good, epidural was GREAT! and then Crue got here. It was short and sweet.

He weighed 8lbs. 11oz. and was 19 3/4in. long.

We called him a little butterball because he was short and fat.

The little guy did not, seriously, did not cry AT ALL when he was born and it scared the daylights out of me. I don't think he really cried until we got home.

The boys didn't know what to think of him at the hospital!

Sweet little guy.

This was our first attempt at a family picture:)

Finger sucker.

Getting ready to go home.

Adjusting to 3 has not been as bad as I thought. The older boys have been great and are big helps!
