2 years & 6 months

B is now a 2 year old and he weighs in at 27lbs and is exactly 3 feet tall! He is 50% in weight and 75% in height.

G is a whopping 6 months old and weighs in at 17 lbs and 27 3/4 in. long! He is also 50% in weight and 75% in height.

Their well checks went great and they both did good with their shots. Briggs had about 4 succers while we were there but it kept him contained:) Whatever works huh?!?!

The boys are getting so big and I look at them and still can't believe that they are mine. I love them so much.

Briggs is starting to look so much like a little boy. I have mixed emotions about that one! Grady's looks are changing as well. He is a slobber bucket but only has 2 teeth. He loves baby food but still LOVES to nurse!

I am so excited about the fall weather! Briggs not so much! He is NOT, I repeat NOT an indoor person and would live outside if he could. I am trying to find activities indoors for him. Anyone have any good ideas? PLEASE let me know!

Other than watching my boys grow we have been up to absolutely nothing and plan to keep it that way! Have a wonderful day!;)

The Tube

I don't know about you all but I am sooo glad that the new shows are on T.V! One in particular DWTS. Yup Dancing with the Stars! I love it! I have watched every season except season one. I think this season is going to be really good. I already have my favorites picked out, Aaron Carter, JoAnna Krupa, and Kelly Osbourne! Kelly did so good I started crying! I hope she keeps it up! Briggs has watched it with me all 3 nights too, and Cody doesn't DISLIKE it but it isn't his favorite.

I also watched Modern Family and Cougar Town. I like Cougar Town more than I thought I would and Modern Family was o.k.

I ordered Briggs' Halloween costume today and I tell ya, it took me forever to find one in stock. Who new a toddler RAMBO was so popular???? Yes, I let his Dad pick it out this year. If it were up to me he would have been something sweet and cute, although the RAMBO costume will fit his personality lately.

Briggs and Grady had there 2 year and 6 month appt. yesterday but I will post a blog on that in the next few days.

Baby Blues

My boys have the biggest, bluest eyes! I love these two pictures of them because Briggs never smiles for the camera and Grady is ALWAYS smiling so I got the opposite of the two.
Well things are better at the Satterfield casa now that Grady's teeth are in. Thanks to all of you for the suggestions.
Grady is sitting up, Briggs is calling me MOM and acts like he is 13! I can't believe it! They grow way too fast.
Halloween is coming up and I am so excited! I put out my Halloween decor after Labor day. I can't decide what Briggs is going to be this year. Grady will wear one of his old costumes so that was an easy decision. I have asked Briggs what he wants to be and he says MILK so we might have to make a Milk carton.
Someome suggested putting his face on the side like a Missing person! HA! I thought that was a cute idea.
The boys are starting to really play with each other and you can tell Grady can't wait to get a hold of Briggs. It is so funny to watch!
