My Memory Book

I do this blog for memories. So that we may look back at all the craziness and fun that we have had. Basically a memory album that I don't have to store in the house and let it gather dust:) I am not a good writer and my punctuation is awful!! I rarely have time to blog because I am too busy making memories 

I just want to share with everyone all of the excitement that goes into having a house full of boys!! 

So here is to my Memory Book:)

Crue has started wearing this John Deere hat. He is so cute in it. He really should be raised on a farm. No fences, no boundaries. Really he NEEDS to be on a farm. Caged with animals, possibly:) Just kidding. 

 Briggs is just getting older. Sniff, sniff. He's developing friendships, is very independent and LOVES basketball. He shoots the ball ALL day. No lie.

 Cute kid. Wanted to be The Lorax for Dr. Seuss day at school. Great Pinterest pin. $8. 10 minutes. There ya go.

 This is another Pinterest plan. Rain Gutter bookshelves. They turned out great!!! Very pleased:)

 Sweet Grady on his 5th birthday. LOVES tattoos. He is the most kind hearted little boy but he can snap in .2 seconds and have you in a choke hold/leg lock. He is SO strong and we joke about him being an MMA fighter. (Over this momma's dead body.) Maybe he needs Yoga or something.

 Grady had to get 2 cavities filled. He did wonderful. He's 5 and has had 2 cavities. I'm 30 and I have had 1. This is not looking good:)

It is so crazy, busy around the Satterfield house. We love it. Always something going on. I don't know what we would do if we had nothing to do!!!
We are all so excited for Summer and Hot weather!!

Flashback

It's true. I'm about to be out of my twenties.-Sigh. A little over a month and I will be the BIG 3-0!!! Wow!! I always thought 30 was old. Gee was I wrong. Way wrong! I still feel like I am 18. Ok, so maybe not 18 but I still feel really young!! I seriously can't believe it has been almost 12 years since I graduated High School!! I tell people I graduated in '02 because in my mind it feels like the year 2005 and 2002 doesn't seem that far away. I always wonder why they look at me like "Whoa, she's ancient!" Yes, I realize it's been 12 years. -Another sigh.
Truth be told, and only between you an me, I'm a little excited about being 30. Just a little.:) I have a husband of 8 1/2 years, whom I am planning a trip to Jamaica with this Summer, 3 beautiful boys, my health and the list goes on and on.
Cody turns 30 also a month after me. (Call me a cougar if you will:) Ha! JOKE. A month doesn't count. I know. But I will be 30 married to a twenty something?!?!?!?!? Does that count? Anyways, Cody and I are planning a 30th Birthday party for the both of us and we are doing a 90's theme!! I am so excited!! It brings back such good memories planning this party. Here were some of my favorite 90's things.

I could sit here forever and post stuff I liked in the 90's. It was a fun time. I had a wonderful childhood. Can't wait to party it up 90's style in the twothousandfourteens:)

2013 in Review

I had the intentions of sitting down and sharing my top moments of 2013. Turns out no moment really trumped any other.:) True, some days were greater than others, and some moments better than the last. Overall 2013 was a great year. It was a year of a lot of firsts and a lot of lasts too. 

We welcomed my nephew Kellen. My sister's last baby.

 Briggs lost his first tooth.

 Briggs started kindergarten.

 Grady had his tonsils taken out.

 Cody and I have been married 8 years.

 We have 3 beautiful, healthy children. Everyday should be memorable.:) Most days at our house..... it is. Something crazy or wild is always going on at the Satterfield house. l

All Things Fall

Fall is isn full swing at the Satterfield house!! Lovin' every bit of it except for the cold weather that is coming!! We stay busy and I like it that way. Football, parties, you name it:)

My Dad always has a "mim" pumpkin patch in his garden so the boys got to pick their pumpkins a few weeks ago. 

 My good friend Maribel made my MIL and me a pumpkin roll!! My favorite!! Too bad my MIL hasn't gotten ANY!!

 Some of my friends and I decided to do a freezer meal swap. It was pretty easy to do!! I can't wait to try all of the yummy food!! Saves so much time in the kitchen.

 Grady's preschool go to go to a pumpkin patch. Crue is obsessed with tractors so we had to get a pic by them.

 We also went to the Arenacross a couple of weeks ago. Boys loved it.

Our Weekend....... On Tuesday

What a weekend!! Seems that all of our weekends are that way!!! We started with a football game on Friday night, my nephew was playing for the opposing team so my parents came in and watched. The boys don't even let them get out of the car!! :) We ate supper with my brother, sister in law and her father and then headed to the game.

 That night we had a party to go to for a sweet 15 year old!! It was a BLAST!!!!

I am linking up today!! This is a first for me, so I hope I'm doing it right:)

1. Crue bear and a puppy. Pretty sure the puppy couldn't breathe and pretty sure he was going to let it go!! Too cute! NO, this is not our dog:)

2. Flag Football. Love these kids!!! Love watching them play and have fun.

3. Grady started Pre-school. Why haven't I posted on that, you ask? Because I don't feel like snot crying, that's why:) He did really good. We will leave it at that for now:)

 4. Low boots. I WANT SOME OF THESE SO BAD!!! They are super cute!! I just haven't found the right pair I want!!

5. Oh my goodness!!! This stuff is AWESOME!!!! I bought it just to try and now I am hooked!!! They have several different flavors but this is one of my fav!!!
