The Great White Hunter
For many of you that don't know my husband he is an avid hunter. I have never known someone to love something so much. It is hunting season this time of year which includes deer, pheasant, and dove (I think). So everday that he goes hunting I can maybe expect one of these animals to be brought to my house dead. FINE. But when your husband brings home a BOBCAT it is a little different!!!! Not only do we have a dead bobcat it is in our FREEZER!!! Yeah!!! Can you believe it???????? I have not to look at it yet. It makes my stomach hurt thinking of it and I have a VERY strong stomach! I am a nurse, but this makes me queazy. He says that he is going to have it stuffed and put on our living room. Fat chance of that ever happening. We already have stuffed animals that now reside in the garage. Anyways he is pretty proud of this cat, and supposedly it is pretty big for a bobcat, I think about 50lbs. I have never seen them except for at the zoo. Here are some pictures of my husband and his prized kill!! ( I am afraid that both of my sons will turn out to be hunters too!!!) Briggs already has a gun and a ton of camo gear!

Very Thankful
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and stuffed our faces until we were about to pop! It has been a wonderful year and there are so many things to be thankful for. I want to share some of the things that I am so thankful for:
My baby boy, he has been healthy and has grown into a traveling toddler
My pregnancy, we were on fertility with Briggs and this was natural
My husband, he works so hard to support our family and I love him dearly
My job, I LOVE my job and everything about it, being around babies all day, the flexibility, the list goes on and on
My father in laws health, He has had three major surgeries this year and he is a healthy man, he is back in great health
My Aunt Jo Anne, she beat cancer for the SECOND time and has had a successful stem cell transplant
My new house, it is bigger and now my boys will have plenty of room to run around
My family, Pretty self explanatory
My in laws, That is underneath family but they are above and beyond the best in laws anyone could have
God, Without him none of this is possible
I probably could go on and on but I will stop for now. We did Thanksgiving at my parent's house in Amarillo and Briggs made a gingerbread house. We have kind of been busy lately with doctor's appointments and stuff like that. I had to get another sono because they couldn't see Grady's spine very well the first time. Everything went well and all looks good. I can't wait to meet him, he just needs to cook a little longer! Here are some pictures from Thanksgiving.
