Wishlist Wednesday

I got the wants lately. Probably because Christmas is right around the corner. I have made my list and here are some of my WANTS:

A Paula Deen cookbook. I just love her! I love to cook and bake and she know how to do both!

Don't these look comfy? I have been wanting some of these for a while. They are Sanuk.

I know another pair of shoes. I sort of have a fetish.

I want some new throw pillows for a bench I have in the living room. These are just so cute.

What do you want for Christmas?

Carnival!

Yesterday we went to a Carnival themed birthday party. It was so cute!! Luke turned 4 and I did his cake in a popcorn carton shape. I was really pleased with how it turned out! There was a popcorn and cotton candy machine at the party along with a tattoo station, bouncy house and picture making booth. It was a lot of fun for the boys.

We really haven't been up too much here at the Satterfield house just hanging out and enjoying the cool fall weather. I leave today to go to Lubbock for a whole week!! I could definitley use prayers because I have never left the boys for this long. I am going to a breastfeeding conference for work. It should be interesting and I think I will learn a lot too.:) Hope everyone has a fantastic week.

Friday Fair Fun

Yesterday afternoon we took a trip to the Tri State Fair. The boys enjoyed it and the weather was actually pretty good. The first thing we went to was the petting zoo. Grady LOVES animals but he was not too sure about being so close to these.

This was the ugliest, cutest thing I have ever seen! I think it was some sort of llama. It reminded me of a poodle on steroids.:)

Cody pushing the boys.

I love ferris wheels.

Briggs waiting for the rides to open.

The boats. This was the first ride they went on. Grady missed the 36in mark by just a hair but we did manage to sneak him on a few rides.

Briggs loved this one. It went pretty fast.

Grady really thought he was driving this boat!

Driving the bus.

Oh, Fair Food. Need I say anymore?

Grady drinking a cherry limeade. MY cherry limeade.

Cherry Limeade, and oh was it good.

Tornado Taters. Pretty sure these weren't fat free:)

Grady eating a corn dog.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Rainy Days

It was rainy here yesterday so we played inside most of the day. I put my fall decor out. This sign is on the dining room table. I got this candle stick at the thrift store and spray painted it black, I had the candle.

Pretty festive so far. I am going to add some more.

This is Briggs cheesin' for the camera.

Grady's cheese.

We played Play Dough and ate cucumbers.

I made stew and corn bread for supper. It seemed to hit the spot on a rainy day.

Just for fun.

After supper the skies turned blue and it was gorgeous outside. The boys decided to do some yard work. They are picking weeds here.

Grady decided to sit down.

Briggs took his clothes off and did this. It looks like he is sacrificing his body for a sacred piece of land! We were cracking up! That kid is hilarious!
