Blessed

Tomorrow is the big day! We get to take a peek at baby #3 and make sure that he or she is healthy and to hopefully tell if it is a he or she:). I am beyond blessed with my family. I have wanted nothing more in life than to be a mom. I dreamed of the day that I would have babies of my own to rock and feed and "play house" with and now I am going to have 3!!!! God surprised us with this one but I don't think our family would have been complete at just 4. I am so lucky to have Briggs and Grady and this new little one on the way. We are going to have a gender party tomorrow night so the news won't break until tomorrow evening sometime. It is going to be hard to keep it a secret! I will, however, tell you the names we have chosen.

For a boy:

Crue Burton Crue means a part of a team or a crew and that is exactly what he will be is part of a team. Burton is my dad's middle name and also my grandpa's middle name. I can't imagine how fun 3 little boys would be! I would be a very busy momma and I would love every minute of it.

For a girl:

Pierce Leyton Pierce was my great grandad's name and it means piercing or stunning. Leyton was my sister's idea and it just flowed well. I can't imagine having a girl at all! I don't know what it would be like but I definitely would like to find out! I have always wanted a daughter so that we could share the relationship that I have with my mom, but I have come to find that you can have just a relationship with a son.

I am nervous about tomorrow and excited too! Please pray that baby will be healthy and everything will be just exactly how it is supposed to be.

Christmas Catch Up and 18 weeks

Christmas was a lot of fun this year! It is every year but the boys actually got into it this year. We made Santa Gingerbread Man cookies and I think this started a yearly tradition with the boys and I. It was so much fun and I had the easiest recipe for them. The boys really got into helping me:)

Mixing the batter.

Rolling the dough.

Cutting them out.

Placing them on a baking sheet.

And of course the funnest part DECORATING them!!!

Grady ate most of his decorations.

The Perfect Gingerbread man!

I think we left Santa about 18 cookies and this is what was left!

Christmas morning the boys woke up to their Santa gifts

A tractor for Briggs

A cool trike for Grady

We had a GREAT Christmas and were given WAY too much gifts!!

I know I have skipped a couple of weeks but we have been busy! We find out on the 21 what we are having!! I really think it is another boy! We have our names picked out too! So excited!
